We guarantee your expectations will be met, if not, we offer free return shipping to make it very easy for you to return the item in it's original condition. Once we receive the item we will refund you your payment.

RETURNS
For a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it in within 30 days of purchase.
Please email us at info@bravenc.com to initiate a return. We will send you a shipping label to use to ship the item back to us.
When your return is received we will send you an email to notify you. Once inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We offer free return shipping to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for shipping to send the item back to you, unless the item was defective and such defect can be proven with a photograph.

Once your exchange is received, we will notify you with an email. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item shipped back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and dimensions of the package and destination address.
Delivery times vary by location, ranging from 3-10 days for domestic orders and 7 days to 2 weeks for international orders.
Brave New Culture will ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. All domestic orders (Canada) are shipped via Canada Post and all international orders are shipped via DHL. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Brave New Culture is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Brave New Culture is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
