IN GMAIL

-open your settings, go to "Filters and Blocked Addresses,"

-create a new filter, enter the email address you want to whitelist in the "From" field

-select "Never send it to Spam" when creating the filter

OTHER EMAIL PROVIDERS

-Go to email settings, usually a gear icon

-then go to the "Junk Email" or "Filters and Blocked Addresses" section

-select ‘add a new safe sender’

-enter the desired email address you want to whitelist
