We stand behind the quality of our products and are convinced that you will appreciate them as well as we do. We offer free return shipping to make it very easy for you to return the item in it's original condition if you are not satisfied with it. Once we receive the item we will refund you your payment.

RETURNS

For a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it in within 30 days of purchase.

When your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable..

EXCHANGES

We offer free return shipping for an exchange. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it in within 30 days of purchase.

Once your exchange is received, we will notify you with an email. We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item shipped back to you.

For all returns/exchanges, please e-mail us at info@bravenc.com and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Brave New Culture will ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. All domestic orders (Canada) are shipped via Canada Post and all international orders are shipped via DHL. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays and costs beyond original delivery estimates.

If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Brave New Culture is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Brave New Culture is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
